I have purchased a tiara to wear with my two tier veil. At the request of my fiance, I am going to use the top layer of the veil as a blusher. Flower headpieces vs tiaras which is more formal?

I was just wondering, which is more formal, tiara or a flower headpiece? Seems that I have a choice to wear either but I wasn't sure if the flower one would look as good as the tiara only because my wedding will be big, and I really don't want it to look tacky when I walk down the aisle; any advice.... Blusher veil taboo for 2nd bride
